This is cold hard cash you’re getting if you enter into the contest. However that’s not all, as the 1st place winner will also receive $100 USD, in cash! That’s right, no eshop gift card, no games of a certain selection. First off, the winner of this contest will be having their artwork featured as the server icon with their socials in every channel's bio. However this contest is a bit different from previous contests we’ve had here in this server before. You will have the chance to submit a piece of art for a contest. Artists, yes you people who like to draw, your time has come! Starting from today till June 4 12 A.M. Hello people of the reddit, it is May 4t! In one month from now we will be celebrating the 7th anniversary of Stella Glow! To celebrate this I have come up with a contest. ![]() Only spoiler I mentioned was a characters name and the name of a song so hope nobody minds. Period.Įdit: Apparently idk how to spoiler specific text on reddit (tried to follow the thing on the sidebar) but I spoiler tagged the post itself too so should be fine. Stella Glow, is without a doubt, the most underrated 3ds title. ![]() Its truly, truly a shame I couldn't discover this gem until now. And while this post is rather vague (I did want to keep things on the shorter side), know that my adoration for this game is real in all facets. I've been posting #PlayStellaGlow on twitter lately, simply because I want more to experience it before the 3ds eshop goes down and it becomes harder to access. Its TOO GOOD to be stuck on 3ds, overshadowed by other SRPGS (like FE) as well as others with Atlus's label (like Etrian Oddesy or SMT) Its such a shame Imageepoch went under after this game released, cause they did a fantastic job.I'm unsure who exactly owns the IP now, but whoever it is, I hope this game can get a port in the future. This game felt like it was scratching an itch I had that Triangle Strategy simply couldn't, while also being easy to fit in to my schedule, and on top of that felt fresh and new compared to other things I have played. I love (#s) as the main theme, getting Konomi Suzuki's music in this blew my mind. I love the dynamic that Alto and Lisette have, its so unbelievably wholesome and sweet. I love how the game is fairly short, so it was easier to fit in my busy adult schedule. I love the song system in general, and the 4 or 5 gague songs you can conduct are just fantastic tracks I find myself listening to a lot in my own time. Feels like a combination of Madoka Magica (in regards to visuals as well as how it revolves around witches) and Persona 4 (The shadow being used as an inner self, a part you struggle to admit aloud).Įach of the witches themselves have their own struggles and anxieties that the game does a fantastic job portraying in a way that feels both relatable and respectable. I love the concept of tuning and how its used. Getting to know these characters (somewhat similar to supports in FE) is something I love that Triangle Strategy just didn't do for me. I love the free time system, especially on NG+. The witches are some of the most fun characters to use in any rpg I've played. ![]() I love how unique the characters are, both in how they are as well as in gameplay. So the timing for me giving SG a shot was even better in this regard. ![]() And while I like that game, various aspects of it turn me off compared to other grid based rpgs like FE. Prior to playing SG, I was playing Triangle Strategy on Switch. But words cannot fully express how much I fell in love with this game. I decided to pick it up upon seeing Atlus was having a sale on 3ds titles in the 3ds eshop, and SG was one of many titles I got as a result of it. Like, I genuinely cannot recall the last time I was so impressed with a game without knowing anything about it prior.
